ピクニック

Picnic

Today I would like to talk to you guys about the picnic I had with my circle at school. I went to a park near Kudanshita station. It was really big and pretty. There were lots of families there but I didn't see many university-aged people, only us. We all brought food and games for the picnic. I also brought a picnic mat to sit on.

At the beginning of the picnic, we all took out our food and put it in the middle of the blankets. Many people had cooked food from their home countries. It was really exciting to try new dishes from all over the world. After eating, we decided to play some games. We played a game where you have to find a country's flag that is on a card. I forgot the name of the game in Japanese, but it seemed really interesting. We also played with bubbles. It was a really fun time, and it let me relieve some stress. I felt like I was a young child again.

After playing some games, it started to get dark. Everyone decided it would be best to go home. On my way home, I got a message from my friend asking if I wanted to see a movie. I said yes. The movie we decided to see is called "IT". It is about a killer clown. It was a very popular movie in the US about 27 years ago. They remade the movie with a new actor. It was very popular in the US, and everyone has already seen it there. Japan usually release its movies a little bit later than the US, so it was difficult to wait.

The movie was really interesting, but it wasn't scary at all. It was just a little creepy. After the movie, we decided to go to Torikizoku. We ended up drinking and eating until the last train. It was a really good way to spend my Sunday off. What did you do over your weekend?
